3. Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for data loss unless caused by proven gross negligence.
4. Access to Systems & Data
To provide services, we may require access to your systems, networks, or data.
- Access is limited to what is necessary for service delivery
- All access is performed with your authorization
- We maintain strict confidentiality and security standards
- We do not use client data beyond service purposes
5. Payment Terms
- All fees must be paid as agreed in invoices or contracts
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and intellectual property provided by M&U IT Support remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, clients may receive rights to deliverables as specified in project agreements.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or third-party failures
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M&U IT Support from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
